The service and seller

GreatButton is operated by Matt Meisner, trading as GreatButton, at 3947 Haven Hill Ln, Williamsburg, MI 49690, United States. These terms cover GreatButton Library Pro, Proofing and Custom Studio subscriptions and optional storage add-ons.

Business eligibility

Paid checkout is currently available only to US businesses. UK, EU and other countries are on hold for paid purchases. You must be authorized to buy for the business whose billing details you provide. Active subscribers must contact billing support before changing their business billing country.

Plans and recurring charges

Proofing costs US$39 per month or US$390 per year, before any applicable tax. Paid plans include 50 GB of storage and up to 25 internal users. External reviewers do not consume internal seats. A 14-day trial includes 2 GB and does not require a payment card. Current upload and workspace limits are shown in the service.

Library Pro costs US$129 per month and includes 100 GB of storage for up to 25,000 original files. Standalone Library accepts PNG, JPEG and PDF files up to 16 MiB each. Custom Studio costs US$399 per month and includes Library Pro and the base Proofing plan, alongside the custom creative studio and five-channel setup agreed during onboarding. Optional storage add-ons for standalone paid Proofing are charged separately. Existing standalone subscriptions are not automatically cancelled when you purchase Custom Studio; review your current plans to avoid overlapping charges.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Review the price, billing interval and applicable tax shown before paying. Payments are processed by Stripe. A return from checkout is not proof of payment; paid access begins after GreatButton verifies the payment.

Additional storage

For standalone paid Proofing, additional storage costs US$19 per 100 GB per month, before applicable tax. The first partial month is prorated. Each purchase shows its exact first charge, service dates and continuation limits before you accept it. Storage coverage is bounded by the base subscription. Unpaid or expired storage does not increase your allowance.

Cancellation and access

Review the dates in your account before confirming a cancellation or storage removal. Cancellation stops renewal on the displayed date; existing coverage continues through its displayed end date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Contact us about billing errors.

When coverage ends or billing cannot be verified, uploads, changes and shared review access may stop. The current workspace owner may have export access for up to 30 days after coverage ends, subject to the account’s security and access restrictions. Removing storage can prevent new uploads when retained content exceeds the remaining allowance.

Your content and team

You retain ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share it, for the people you invite, and for your review links. GreatButton uses your content to provide the requested storage and review service. Keep your account secure and revoke access that is no longer needed.
