In Custom Studio, Library becomes part of the creative process. Curate supported JPG and PNG exports into collections, add tags and descriptions, and browse existing studio assets beside your finished work.
Approved work, with a source. Eligible approved originals can be saved from Proofing to Library with a receipt linking back to the exact reviewed version.
Connected actions require access to the relevant products. Supported file types, size limits and generation allowances apply.

What is a digital asset library?
A dedicated place for the reusable files behind your brand: campaign images, product artwork and documents. GreatButton Library keeps supported originals together so you can find and download them again.
What files can I upload?
Standalone Library supports PNG, JPEG and PDF originals up to 16 MiB per file. Library Pro includes 100 GB and up to 25,000 originals. Video and editable design-source formats are not currently supported in standalone Library.
How is standalone Library different from Studio Library?
Library Pro is a private owner workspace for original files, filename search and downloads. Inside Custom Studio, the creative Library also brings together supported recent exports, curated collections, tags, asset details and existing studio sources. These Studio organization features are not all available in standalone Library.
Can I keep an approved proof in Library?
The connected workflow lets eligible users save a supported approved original from Proofing into an accessible Library workspace. The approval receipt links back to the reviewed source version. Both workspaces need the appropriate access and active entitlements; the Library file limit still applies.
Can I use Library without Custom Studio?
Yes. Library Pro is available on its own for $129/month. If you also need a tailored creative production workflow, Custom Studio includes Library Pro and Proofing for $399/month.
What happens if I cancel?
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation and access details are shown in your account and service terms. Download the originals you need before your access period ends.
