Do reviewers need an account?
Guests can leave feedback through a review link. Formal approval requires an authorized signed-in reviewer, so a decision is tied to an identity and the exact file version.
What can I review?
PNG and JPEG images and PDF documents. PDFs can be reviewed page by page, with feedback attached to a location. Video review is not included in the current release.
How does version comparison work?
Upload a new version to the existing proof, then switch between versions or use the comparison view. Comments and decisions stay associated with their original version; a new version needs its own review.
What is included in the trial?
The Proofing trial runs for 14 days and includes 2 GB. No payment card is required to start. Paid plans include 50 GB and up to 25 internal members.
Can feedback become a Studio revision?
With access to a connected Custom Studio, you can choose proof comments and bring them into a revision brief. Review the brief in Create before generating. Studio access and generation allowances apply.
Do I need Library or Studio?
No. Proofing works as a standalone product for $39/month or $390/year. You can add Library for retained originals or use the full Custom Studio package when you need creative production too.
